You have received a quote from us which includes a total amount due and your payment terms and conditions.  Please check this section in your quote to see if you need to send a deposit to confirm your order.

If you need to send a deposit, it is very important that payment is made with placement of order.  Orders received without a deposit payment will not be processed until the deposit is received.  You may send deposit payments in a number of ways, depending on where you are located, please see the Payments section on this page for more information

Whether you need to send a deposit or not, you also need to send us an official company purchase order clearly showing the total amount due.  If a purchase order is not possible, you may also send us a copy of the quote signed and dated by a signatory of the company (director, legal representative, etc).  You can send us the purchase order or signed quote via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots.
